We currently offer one delivery option: Standard Delivery.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. We then aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 2 working days.
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order and your tracking information.
However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. You can track your order via the link in your confirmation email. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact via email. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
A signature is required on delivery for standard delivery. If you are not in when the postman tries to deliver they will leave a card and then take your order back to the post office. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery or collection.
We ship worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia and currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery to Europe and Rest of the World Standard Royal Mail.

You will recieve a confirmation email when the package lands in the destination country with a link to track your Royal Mail package on its journey to your door.

This is a fully trackable courier service. You will receive up to date tracking on your order and its journey to you.
A signature is required this delivery options. If you are not in when the couriers first try to deliver they will leave a card and then take your order back and then attempt to delivery two more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

Duties and Taxes
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Charly Suggett, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Charly Suggett. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
All prices listed on our site are in GBP, and charged in GBP. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. To get an estimate of approximately what the exchange rate currently is please use google converter.
POLICY AND TERMS
By placing an order at Charly Suggett you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Charly Suggett . This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size within 28 days of receiving your original order. All you have to do is whack an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org with details.
Before you return your item please make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached.

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.
If you are within the UK and the item is incorrect or faulty please email contact me and I will make sure the problem is rectified.
For International customers if the item is incorrect or faulty and you need to return it we will refund your postage costs on receipt of the item.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so please make sure that the items are well packaged and can't get damaged on the way! We recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof incase there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
